Our approach

Egress Software Technologies Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others. We understand the value that these types of rights bring to rights holders and so we want to know if you believe that your copyright or trademark is being infringed.Please use the process set out below to get in touch and notify us.

If your notice relates to copyright infringement, it must comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) which means that it must include:

• the signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright. (this can be either a physical or electronic signature)
• information to identify the work(s) that have been allegedly infringed
• information to identify the material that allegedly infringes
• information that enables us to contact you
• a statement that the material that allegedly infringes (and the way it uses the rights concerned) has not been approved by the owner of the copyright
• a statement to confirm that all information provided is accurate

Under our acceptable use policy at www.egress.com/acceptable-use-policy we make it clear that infringement of other’s intellectual property rights will not be tolerated. We have the right to terminate the contracts of those who breach our policies.
