Geolocation choice: Business customers have the choice of location hosting listed with each product in the US, UK, EU, and Australia.
In providing our Services, we use sub-processors to provide specialist functionality and services. We set out details of these companies and the role that they play below. We have contracts in place with each of them which meet the requirements of applicable data privacy legislation, including Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Not all of them will be relevant to the way you access and use our Services. If you are unsure, please check the terms of your agreement with us or get in touch with your account manager. If you do not have one, just drop us a line at www.egress.com/contact-us.
