Egress | 27th Jun 2024

London, UK – 27 June 2024 – Egress has officially been named as one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ 2024 by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. This marks the third consecutive year that Egress has been listed, solidifying its place as one of the top employers for welfare in the country.

Egress’ consistent inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges its ongoing commitment to ensuring high levels of psychological, physical, financial, and social wellbeing among its team members. This is underscored by Egress’ investment into initiatives that promote flexibility, learning and development, and empowering personal choice within the workplace.

A few notable programs include ‘e-flex,’ which gives employees the freedom to extend lunch breaks or take extra half-days as needed, to seamlessly balance personal and professional responsibilities; an organic, employee-led Learning and Development (L&D) program tailored to individual growth and ambitions, guided by an in-house L&D Director; and the Culture Club, a volunteer group that organizes events and socials promoting diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety to cultivate a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

Laura Probert, Chief People Officer at Egress, comments:

“At Egress, we understand wellbeing means something different to everyone, so we must remain attuned to the diverse needs of our employees and promote initiatives that respect individuality while reinforcing our collective goals.
